Let us introduce ourselves
Executive Chef Najoua arrived in the US at age 16 from her native country Morocco, Marrakesh.
She has already been exposed to the Culinary arts by her grandmother who taught & trained Najoua in preparing The exotic signature dishes of her country, with the essence of Granma’s secret recipes.
Due to her love for cooking, she started working soon after arriving in the country at a newly opened Italian Restaurant offering authentic food from Naples, Italy. There she learned about Italian food, spices & sauces, directly from The executive Chef/owner. Soon after that she took over the Management of the Kitchen as well as the catering operations.
